The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) has over $100M in funds for the implementation of capital projects that are in the various stages of planning, design and construction. The projects in the CIP have a variety of goals such as rehabilitation and repair, safety, traffic congestion relief, recreational opportunities and water quality. It is the City’s goal to maintain, operate and improve current infrastructure in order to adapt to the growing needs of the community.
