Circle Park Project

The project entails the renovation of Circle Park. The park is a four-acre neighborhood park located on Garfield Avenue between the Rio Hondo River and homes along Karmont Avenue. The renovation entails a newly paved parking lot, new park lighting, new hardscaping, such as large boulders, synthetic turf, new irrigation system, landscaping, trash receptacles, benches, and picnic tables. It also includes a new playground, basketball court, pickle ball court, futsal court and shade structures. The design of the park is 100% complete. Currently, the City is discussing the improvement of the park with SCE for final approval. Construction of the Park is anticipated to start in June 2024.
