Water Main Replacement, Phase III

The project will enhance the City's water infrastructure on the west side of the City by replacing approximately 8,000 linear feet of aging water mains at the following locations:

• State Street between Tweedy Boulevard and Southern Avenue
• Sequoia Drive between State Street and Elizabeth Avenue
• Michigan Avenue between Elizabeth Avenue and California Avenue
• Elizabeth Avenue between Michigan Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive
• Dolores Avenue between Seminole Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive
• Meadows Avenue

The project also includes the installation of new Advanced Meter Reading (AMR) water meters, valves, fittings, service laterals, fire hydrants, and other associated water system improvements.

The project is currently being advertised for construction. Construction is anticipated to begin in November 2026 and be completed by February 2027.
