South Gate Police Department Air Conditioner Replacement

The project involves replacement of the HVAC system at the South Gate Police Department. The system is aged, has regular issues that require maintenance, and does not have the capacity to serve the existing building during summer months. The project is in the design phase. Construction of the project will be implemented in phases. The design phase is scheduled to be completed in August 2023.

Asbestos abatement work will start on April 3, 2024, and will be completed by April 15, 2024.
