Hollydale Area Access Improvements Project

This project will transform the historically neglected, underrepresented, and disadvantaged community of Hollydale into a bicycle-friendly area. The project seeks to leverage existing community assets such as direct access to the Los Angeles River Regional Bike Path and the Hollydale Regional Park by connecting the residential neighborhoods through the implementation of Class II and Class III bicycle facilities. Furthermore, the Hollydale neighborhood is expected to see substantial change in the next decade, largely due to the construction of the proposed Eco-Rapid Transit Line, which will lead to the construction of two transit stations at the northern and southern ends of the community.
