The South Gate Police Department Chaplain Program is established for the purposes of providing spiritual and emotional support to all members of the department, their families and members of the public.
The South Gate Police Department is currently recruiting and now hiring Lateral and Entry Level for Police Officer positions.
Explorer Post 1969 is designed to offer the youth of the community an opportunity to interact with police personnel, and to develop an understanding of law enforcement.
The hiring process is used as a measure and an opportunity for us to make a well-informed decision as it relates to a particular candidate’s suitability to become a South Gate Police Officer.
