EPA Brownfields Assessment Grant

Calling all South Gate citizens! We want to hear your thoughts on how best to revitalize South Gate.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has awarded the City of South Gate $500,000 to assess properties that could be cleaned up ♻️ and redeveloped to meet the City’s economic and housing goals. 

Your voice is important as we begin to select sites for environmental study and potential redevelopment.
