The City of South Gate Parks & Recreation Department is seeking a qualified vendor to design a playground area for the City. The playground is located at Gardendale Tot Lot, 5480 Gardendale Street, South Gate, CA 90280.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
- The playground will be geared toward ages 3 to 5 and should contain elements traditionally found in “Post and Deck” style structures or different innovative play structures.
- The playground is replacing existing structures and will use the same footprint as the previous structures. Surfacing shall either be PIP or an approved equal with special attention being paid to the entrances and exits of the equipment. No sand or woodchips.
