The Public Access Corporation is comprised of the City Council.
The Public Access Corporation was formed as a non-profit corporation to promote public access programming and to monitor the cable franchise. It is funded by an annual payment from the cable franchise and City Council members serve as its corporate directors.
Members are allowed to serve on multiple boards, committees and/or commissions as the Public Access Corporation is comprised of the City Council.
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54952.3, disclosure of compensation for meeting attendance by the Public Access Corporation is $35.00 per meeting. Meeting attendance is required to receive compensation.
