SOMAH Program

The SOMAH (Solar on Multifamily Affordable Housing) Program helps qualifying affordable housing properties and tenants access clean energy and lower electricity costs through solar power installations.

Program Benefits

Eligibility

Properties must:

  • Have at least 5 units
  • Be deed-restricted affordable housing, manufactured housing, or mobile home parks
  • Be an existing property with separately metered units
