The Hawkins Reservoir is a water production facility equipped with water wells and two water reservoirs. The project included recoating the exterior and interior of both reservoirs, re-piping, seismic upgrades, and installed new perimeter fencing. On April 25, 2023, a construction contract was awarded to Unified Field Services Corporation and construction was completed 0n July 2024.
