Newest Member of the SGPD

Congratulations to the newest member of the South Gate Police Department, Officer Keantae Wilkerson.  Officer Wilkerson graduated from the Rio Hondo Police Academy this morning and starts with us on Monday.  Officer Wilkerson has been a long tenured City of South Gate Employee with the Public Works Department and transitioned to the PD side.  Thank you to all of his Public Works colleagues who have helped mentor Keantae throughout the years.  We have high expectations from him and I am confident he will make all of us proud as he serves the South Gate Community.
