Wireless Telecommunication
Wireless telecommunication permits are required for wireless providers and telecommunication agencies looking to install base stations within the City limits. Although these base stations will ultimately be managed by the Federal Communication Commission (FCC), the City is more concerned with land use decisions. Please Note: The City will only review up to six (6) applications per company at one time. Application must be submitted by appointment only.
