GATE Buses

The city operates a local transit bus system called the "Get Around Town Express" (GATE). The service runs on a continuous loop. Approximate wait time is between 18 and 25 minutes. Wait time is subject to change during peak hours.

Regular fare is $0.50. Members of the City’s Phone-A-Ride program, children under 5 years old, students and College / Vocational, ride free of charge (Student fee waiver is only valid during school hours). The service operates for most of the year with a few exceptions. It runs Monday - Friday 6:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M., and Saturday 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
