The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing for Conditional Use Permit No. 845 for alcohol license upgrade from existing ABC Type 41 license (On-Sale Beer & Wine) to ABC Type 47 license (On-Sale General) at Auggie's Bar and Grill located at 5810 Imperial Highway.
The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing for Specific Plan Amendment No. 21-25 and Conditional Use Permit No. 843 for the development of a new 1,807 square foot drive through restaurant with modified parking in the TMU-1 zone of the Tweedy Boulevard Specific Plan at 9854 Alameda Street.
At this time, members of the public and staff may address the City Planning Commission regarding any items within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Planning Commission. No action may be taken on items not listed on the agenda unless authorized by law.
