Adult Swim Lessons

Let your vacation be filled with all the wonderful aquatic experiences available to you because you learned how to swim at the Patricia G. Mitchell Swim Stadium. Safety in and around the water is important to enjoying the aquatic environment your whole life through; whether you go on vacation or not.Classes are held twice a week for four weeks. I.D. (ex: Driver's License) is required for all new and returning adults.You may register on the first day of lessons, but classes do fill up fast.

Aqua Aerobics

Are you looking for a total body workout that will make you feel good about yourself, increase your stamina, flexibility, and strength? Then look no further! Come try the Aqua Aerobics class for adults, and meet new people too! Water resistance is a great  low-to-no impact exercise for everyone. If you have an injury or would like to experience a new form of exercise with much of the same results as land exercise minus the impact, then Aqua Aerobics is for you.

Class is on-going, and subject to cancellation.
  • Class Days: Monday & Wednesday
  • Class Time: 7:45 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
  • Fee: $5 for the day, $8 for both days, or FREE with "Total Access" Membership

Water Polo Open-Play

Water polo is fun! Whether you're a retired collegiate water polo player, or an amateur with heart, this open play time is an opportunity to hone your skills and enjoy a good, clean pick-up game of water polo.

Please note: This activity is for people who are 18 years of age and older. If you are 13-17 years of age, you must be an experienced player.
Play times are subject to change. 
  • Class Day: Monday- Wednesday
  • Class Time: 7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
  • Fee: $5 Daily Admission Fee, or FREE with "Total Access" Membership
